WORKFLOW
Content capture
Content from different analogue and digital sources can be processed: VHS tape, CD, DVD, telerecording equipment, cameras, etc.
To import large amounts of media, Videoma Archivo uses the Watchfolder tool which independently feeds multiple video, image or audio files into the system. Also allows for manual file importing.
Cataloguing
Media cataloging is organized hierarchically by schemas or cataloging templates, the main platforms to derive metadata. Videoma Archivo allows importing and exporting metadata in XML and documentation through thesauruses.
Management and archiving
Previewing, clipping, asset generation, playlist creation, watermarking, association of documents (Word, PDF, PowerPoint, Excel) to content, stills from video, etc. All final material is stored in the file for a later use. Videoma Archivo can automatically or manually transcode; the Media transcoder module cuts transcoding times by up to 70%.
Searching
The user can configure material searches. Reports on searches carried out. Searches by thesaurus.
Publication
Videoma Archivo is a very flexible system in terms of publishing content on web portals for Web TV applications, video-on-demand or live streaming. Possibility of generating running order and connection with a playout.
